Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-11-03
These terms govern your use of SA QR Menu at saqrmenu.com (“the platform”, “we”). By creating an account or using the platform you agree to them.
1. The service
SA QR Menu is an online platform that lets restaurants, cafés, shops and service providers create a digital storefront with a link and a QR code: a menu or a catalog of products or services with prices, orders and bookings sent through WhatsApp, a dashboard to manage items, orders and customers, and a loyalty points program, depending on the plan.
The platform is for business owners. Customers who browse a business’s storefront and order from it deal with that business directly; we are not a party to the sale between them.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or older and authorized to represent the business you register, and give accurate details (name, email, mobile number, business name and city). You sign in with a code sent to your email; you are responsible for keeping access to that email and for everything done from your account.
One account per email, per mobile number and per business name in the same city. The free trial is available once per mobile number.
3. Plans, free trial and renewal
The free trial lasts 48 hours with every feature, within the trial plan’s limits, and needs no bank card; it stops on its own unless you choose a paid plan.
Paid plans (Basic, Plus, Premium and Unlimited) are monthly or yearly subscriptions priced in US dollars, shown in your country’s currency at the day’s rate for information. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the same price unless you cancel before the renewal. Sales tax may be added depending on your country and is shown before you pay.
You can change your plan or its period in Dashboard › Subscription & invoices. An upgrade is prorated for the rest of the period; a move to a lower plan applies from the next renewal.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel renewal at any time in Dashboard › Subscription & invoices › “Manage your subscription”. The subscription stays active until the end of the paid period and then stops. Refunds are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Your content and responsibilities
You keep ownership of what you add (names, descriptions, photos, prices, logo) and allow us to display it on your storefront, store it and process it to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and prices, for holding the rights to your photos, and for complying with the rules that apply to your business (including licensing, tax and consumer protection).
You are responsible for the orders and bookings your customers send you, for fulfilling them, collecting payment for them and handling any dispute about them.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to sell anything prohibited by law, to publish misleading, offensive or infringing content, to send spam, or to try to access others’ data or disrupt the platform. We may suspend any storefront or account that does.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the platform available, but interruptions can happen for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may improve or change features. If we change a plan’s price, it never applies to your current period, and we tell you before it applies to a renewal.
8. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the platform and cancel renewal whenever you like, and ask for your account to be deleted through Support. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or whose subscription is unpaid; a suspended account’s public storefront stops.
9. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability does not exceed what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Changes to these terms and governing law
We may update these terms and show the date of the last update at the top of the page; using the platform after an update means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
